As an Assistant Manager - Visual Merchandising at Garden State Plaza, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Visual Merchandising Manager in coaching and developing the in-store visual teams. You will ensure visual merchandising consistency and help achieve strategic company objectives.

• Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to coach and develop in-store visual teams.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and stay updated on current trends to support sales goals.
• Ensure understanding and execution of visual merchandising directives across all departments.
• Provide support in merchandising, signing, and implementing visual direction at the highest level.
• Execute the in-store lighting program, including installation, removal, and adjustment of lighting.
• Follow all visual safety programs and protocols.
• Communicate clearly and coach Visual Merchandising employees for improved performance.

• Previous experience in visual merchandising at Nordstrom.
• Proven success in current role with a strong record of driving results.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with store and regional managers.
• Preferred: Future Visual Leader.
