Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager at King of Prussia is a key role responsible for supporting the Visual Merchandising Manager in coaching and developing in-store visual teams. This position focuses on achieving strategic company objectives and ensuring visual merchandising consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to coach and develop in-store visual teams.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies and stay updated on current trends to support sales goals.
  • Ensure understanding and execution of visual merchandising directives across all departments.
  • Support merchandising, signing, and visual direction implementation at the highest level.
  • Manage the in-store lighting program, including installation, removal, and adjustment of lighting.
  • Follow visual safety programs and protocols, ensuring organized shop and visual spaces.
  • Communicate clearly and coach Visual Merchandising employees for improved performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably at Nordstrom.
  • Proven success in a similar role with a strong record of driving results.
  • Strong organizational, delegation, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with store and regional managers.
  • Future Visual Leader preferred.
