Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Manager at Breitling, you will play a crucial role in managing boutique functions, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and fostering a professional environment. You will work closely with the management team to set standards and support staff accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic clienteling and relationship building.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide coaching to prioritize service and selling.
  • Stay informed about market competition, industry trends, and client behaviors.
  • Demonstrate business acumen by forecasting, planning, and budgeting for business needs.
  • Manage daily operational tasks according to SW standards.
  • Assist with recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Support the Boutique Director and foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop product knowledge and train the team on current collections.
  • Create a luxury client experience through renowned and authentic service.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Current knowledge of watch trends and market competition.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and retail systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
