Assistant Manager - Women's Apparel

As an Assistant Manager in Women's Apparel at our Burlington location, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will support the department manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining high standards of merchandising and customer service.

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate your team to achieve success.
• Assist in achieving department volume and productivity goals through effective business planning.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by teaching, coaching, and leading by example.
• Collaborate with the department manager to meet merchandising and presentation standards.
• Actively sell on the floor to build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Assist in accurate inventory management and achieving shrinkage goals.

• 2+ years of experience with a track record of successful results in a retail environment.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence in a commission-based setting.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience in developing and maintaining productive relationships with management and other leaders.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
