Summary

The Assistant Sales Department Manager supports the department manager in leading the Women's Apparel team and achieving sales and productivity goals. This role emphasizes coaching, directive selling, customer service, and strong merchandising and inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate team members.
• Help develop and execute business plans to achieve department volume and productivity goals.
• Coach and lead salespeople to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
• Support merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage goals.
• Build customer relationships and loyalty through active selling on the sales floor.
