Responsibilities- Manage the process of taking approved designs through design development to show samples and turnover to Product Development/Engineering.
- Ensure all projects meet criteria outlined by VP of Design, including aesthetics, pricing, and timelines.
- Communicate design-related needs to cross-functional partners to ensure product flow and integrity.
- Efficiently communicate design intent to CAD, DY Shop, and Production Development.
- Support PD/PE with design-related communication needed for sample development.
- Communicate pertinent design information to various departments impacting manufacturing and pricing.
- Support team initiatives such as inventory management, vendor samples, and creations.
- Maintain accurate line plan in PLM and manage product information in the system.
- Support Design Team in maintaining an organized workspace physically and systematically.
Requirements- Design Degree preferred, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Women's Jewelry Design and/or Product Development.
- Great time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong sense of fashion with high taste level.
- Technical knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and materials.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software is a plus.
