Summary

The Assistant Manager supports the Women's Shoes department in achieving sales and productivity goals. This role develops and motivates the team, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and helps maintain strong merchandising and inventory standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate team members.
• Help the department manager execute business plans and meet volume and productivity goals.
• Coach salespeople to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Support merchandising, presentation, inventory management, and shrinkage goals.
• Build customer relationships through active selling on the floor.

• Demonstrated success in sales, productivity, or personal trade.
• Competitive drive and confidence in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience developing productive relationships with retail leaders.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
