Summary
The Assistant, Marketing And Events supports planning, coordination, and execution of regional and boutique marketing campaigns and high-end events for OTB North America. This role liaises with retail teams and external partners to ensure brand-aligned activations and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist implementation of regional and boutique-level marketing initiatives consistent with global brand strategy
- Coordinate marketing materials including invitations, signage, in-store displays, and digital assets
- Support CRM and database management for marketing communications and event invitations
- Track campaign performance and compile reports on ROI, engagement, and client feedback
- Support planning and execution of in-store events, product launches, VIP gatherings, and trunk shows
- Coordinate event production elements such as budget, vendors, photographer, catering, venue rental, and RSVPs
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process vendor invoices and assist with budget tracking and inventory of marketing collateral
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- 1 years of experience in marketing or event coordination; 1–3 years preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems a plus
- Refined aesthetic sense and understanding of luxury brand environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
