Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Operations Manager at Hermès Las Vegas Crystals, you will oversee and support operational functions in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment. You will work collaboratively with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and validate cash handling procedures, including opening and closing procedures and safe remittance.
  • Ensure accuracy of all transactions at the register, including receipts, client information, and monetary payments.
  • Implement daily audits of transactions in partnership with Asset Protection.
  • Communicate and train Sales Specialists on cash management policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Finance corporate teams on POS issues and ensure daily media is correctly documented.
  • Create change orders and conduct cash till and change audits with Asset Protection.
  • Communicate CRM standards and support workflow of after-sales service.
  • Support additional operational functions or projects as needed.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong POS and phone systems knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Customer service oriented with acute interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
