Job Description

Summary

The Assistant, Personal Shopping provides administrative and operational support to a Personal Shopper. The role helps deliver professional client service and ensures personal shopping appointments and suites are prepared to store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments, maintain the Personal Shopper's calendar, and manage client correspondence and invitations.
  • Respond to client communications professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain client profiles and information, and prepare merchandise and materials for appointments.
  • Coordinate alterations, product transfers, holds, and other client services.
  • Maintain merchandising and store-readiness standards in personal shopping suites and on the selling floor.
  • Support loss prevention, attend product knowledge sessions, and comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet tools.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
