Job Description

Summary

Assistant Product Developer on the Product Group team partnering with Product Developers, Merchants, and manufacturers to develop men's apparel products, manage tech packs and prototypes, and support product lifecycle activities while following a hybrid work schedule at the downtown Seattle headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development of products to meet cost standards and category goals
  • Review prototypes compared to tech packs
  • Support meeting product development milestones and calendar due dates
  • Create revise and manage tech packs and prototypes with PLM updates
  • Track and monitor samples throughout development
  • Review and reconcile fabric and garment test reports
  • Support negotiation with vendors on costing time and action and minimums
  • Place developed and adopted styles per sourcing strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years experience in product development design or production in garment manufacturing
  • Strong problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with four days in office and one remote day
