Assistant Production Image

Summary

Assistant within the Art Department supporting Production and postproduction for e-commerce shoots, campaigns, editorials, lookbooks, and LNB. Works closely with Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, and Press to prepare and coordinate shoots, assist postproduction, and manage showroom periods. Position starts October 2025 for a six month fixed term. Fluent French and English required and familiarity with fashion or lifestyle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation and execution of photo shoots and fashion shows
• Track shoot schedules and coordinate with internal departments
• Support postproduction processes for images
• Provide assistance during showroom periods
• Manage administrative follow up related to shoots including contracts and budgets
• Create and update content sharing dossiers
• Coordinate product flow with visual merchandising and press teams

Requirements

• Bachelor level education in business, communications, or equivalent
• Initial experience in production or showroom press is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Photoshop is a plus
• Organized, rigorous, and responsive with strong teamwork skills
• Interest in fashion and lifestyle
• Fluent French and English
• Available for a six month contract starting October 2025
