Assistant Raw Material Womens Polo

The Raw Materials Assistant will collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Technical Design teams, as well as overseas Sourcing Offices, Mills, and Factories to ensure the integrity of raw materials from sample to bulk production. This role supports the research, development, and execution of raw materials for the brand, aiming to create the best overall value in terms of product, price, lead-time, and quality.

• Assist Fabric Lead in sourcing, developing, and tracking woven raw materials.
• Create, input, and update raw materials in PLM, Airtable, and Excel charts.
• Partner with Fabric Lead to optimize raw material costs and lead times.
• Work closely with QA to ensure materials pass testing.
• Assist in building a physical and digital fabric library.

• In-office requirement of 3 days per week.
• Agile, nimble, and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information.
• Actively displays curiosity, a desire to learn and grow, and an innovative mindset.
• Strong computer skills; Excel, Outlook, PLM, Adobe XD, Airtable.
