Assistant Store Director - Greene Street Soho

As an Assistant Store Director at LOEWE's Greene Street Soho location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and enhancing the efficiency of the store. You will be instrumental in implementing brand guidelines and providing innovative solutions to improve retail operations and customer service.

• Identify key improvements and operational efficiencies to protect product assets and provide transparent reporting.
• Support the Store Director in driving standard methodologies and optimum processes.
• Conduct training for new hires and follow-up trainings on store operating systems.
• Act as project lead for operational projects and support the store and HQ during launches.
• Develop forecasting tools for accurate business planning for sales, stock, and payroll projections.
• Lead Health and Safety compliance in line with Company policies and Spain legislation.
• Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and compliance with corporate policies.

• Minimum of 5 years' retail experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
• Strong commercial competence and ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
• Passion for customer service and sales floor focus.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels.
