Assistant Store Director - Oakbrook

As an Assistant Store Director at Saint Laurent Oakbrook, you will play a crucial role in leading the store's sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs. You will foster brand engagement with customers to ensure both quantitative and qualitative goals are met.

• Lead and train the Department Manager and store sales team.
• Promote brand engagement to customers.
• Ensure professional growth and training of staff with a coaching approach.
• Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
• Act as the training ambassador for all training needs.
• Build a network to promote customer loyalty.

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
• 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
