Summary

The Assistant Store Director, Operations leads store operational processes and supports overall store performance. This role oversees workload planning, freight flow, inventory management, and digital tool adoption to improve efficiency, profitability, and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan operational workloads, schedules, timelines, budgets, and communications.
• Oversee store standards, freight flow, stock replenishment, and inventory integrity.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and use financial and operational reports to improve results.
• Partner with store leadership to align operational strategies with business goals and resolve challenges.
• Lead customer-first decision-making and communicate operational goals to associates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail operations experience, including leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of operational processes, inventory management, freight flow, workload planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience using data, reporting tools, and digital platforms to guide decisions and improvements.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
