Assistant Store Director

Summary

The Assistant Store Director leads department managers and the sales team to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators. The role promotes customer engagement and supports the store’s quantitative and qualitative objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support staff development and training.
• Set and achieve quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Assist with floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
• Serve as the training ambassador for the store.
• Build relationships that support customer loyalty and local and international luxury business.

Requirements

• Significant experience selling luxury goods or in retail.
• Two to four years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
