Assistant Store Director

Summary

Assistant Store Director responsible for leading the department manager and store sales team to meet sales goals and KPIs, promote brand engagement, and support the Store Director in store operations, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the department manager and sales team to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
• Define targeted goals and ensure they are achieved
• Assist the Store Director with floor coverage and driving sales
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards
• Oversee customer service and operational functions within the store
• Act as training ambassador for staff development
• Build local and international networks to promote customer loyalty

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail
• 2 to 4 years of successful managerial retail experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
