Job Description

Summary

You will support the Store Director in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while ensuring excellent customer service and store presentation. The role focuses on coaching and developing staff, driving sales performance, and overseeing daily operational functions. The Assistant Store Director will also contribute to local relationship building to enhance customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Ensure professional growth and training of staff through coaching and development
  • Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved
  • Support the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service and store operations
  • Act as a training ambassador for store training needs
  • Build and maintain local networks to promote customer loyalty

Requirements

  • Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
  • 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
