Assistant Store Director

Summary

The Assistant Store Director will support the Store Director in leading the sales team and Department Manager to achieve sales targets and KPI goals while promoting brand engagement and customer loyalty. The role includes overseeing floor coverage, visual merchandising, customer service and operational store functions and serving as a training ambassador for the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Department Manager and store sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Oversee floor coverage and drive sales through coaching and performance management
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Promote exceptional customer service and brand engagement
• Define and monitor targeted quantitative and qualitative goals
• Provide training and professional development for staff
• Assist the Store Director with operational functions and store management

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail
• 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
