Assistant Store Director

Summary

Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while promoting brand engagement and ensuring qualitative and quantitative targets are achieved. Support the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service and operational functions. Act as a training ambassador and foster local and international customer relationships to build loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Department Manager and sales team to achieve sales targets
• Define and track targeted quantitative and qualitative goals
• Oversee floor coverage and drive sales performance
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote brand engagement
• Manage operational store functions and support the Store Director
• Champion staff training and professional growth
• Build and maintain a network to foster customer loyalty

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
• 2 to 4 years successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities
• Ability to meet sales KPIs and drive team performance
