Support the Store Director at the Men’s South Coast Plaza location to drive commercial performance, elevate the client experience, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Support achievement of store objectives through leadership and commercial acumen
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing men’s store team
- Provide regular feedback and contribute to individual development plans
- Drive client engagement, retention, and repurchase through clienteling
- Role model exceptional selling behaviors and lead the sales floor
- Ensure strong performance, engagement, and execution on the floor
- Oversee store operations, processes, and standards
- Partner with the Store Director on business performance and budget management
Requirements
- Experience in premium or luxury retail preferred
- Proven sales leadership and people development skills
- Strong client focus with ability to build long-term relationships
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial results and cross-selling
- Operational knowledge of store processes and standards
- Experience managing or supporting store-level budgets
- Ability to lead and inspire a retail sales team
