Assistant Store Director - The Woodlands

Summary

Assistant Store Director responsible for leading the department manager and sales team to achieve sales goals and KPIs while promoting brand engagement and ensuring operational excellence. Acts as training ambassador and supports the Store Director in floor coverage, visual merchandising, customer service and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach department managers and sales team to meet quantitative and qualitative goals
• Define targeted sales and performance objectives and ensure achievement
• Oversee floor coverage and drive sales activities
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards
• Ensure high level of customer service and clienteling to promote loyalty
• Serve as training ambassador and coordinate staff development
• Assist Store Director with operational functions and daily store execution
• Build local and international networks to support luxury business initiatives

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail
• 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Strong time management and leadership skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
• Ability to train and develop staff with a coaching approach
• Proven track record meeting sales targets and KPIs
