Summary

As an Assistant Store Director at Saint Laurent Yorkdale, you will play a crucial role in leading the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs. You will be responsible for promoting brand engagement and ensuring the achievement of both quantitative and qualitative goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the Department Manager and store sales team to meet sales targets.
• Promote brand engagement to customers to achieve assigned goals.
• Ensure professional growth and training of staff with a coaching approach.
• Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
• Act as the training ambassador for all training needs.
• Build a network to promote customer loyalty and impact the luxury business.

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
• 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
