Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Store Leader at KREWE's Charleston store, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of sales specialists and act as a style advisor, maintaining the brand's visual standards and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process.
  • Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists.
  • Work closely with retail partners to ensure sales quotas are exceeded.
  • Set daily team goals and strive to reach them every day.
  • Maintain visual brand standards at all times.
  • Act as a style advisor to every customer.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales and management.
  • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear.
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic.
  • Understanding of all aspects of store operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented working environment.
  • Proven history of exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for providing a unique customer experience.
  • Self-sufficient in organizing and managing multiple clients.
  • Flexibility in a collaborative retail experience.
