Summary

The Assistant Store Leader supports daily store operations and helps drive sales and team performance at the Fort Worth boutique. This customer-facing role combines styling and product expertise with team coaching, visual maintenance, and achievement of sales goals. The Assistant Store Leader works closely with store leadership to ensure an elevated retail experience and consistent execution of brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales cycle from greeting to close and provide personalized styling advice to customers
• Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Set daily team goals and monitor performance against targets
• Maintain visual brand and merchandising standards at all times
• Collaborate with retail partners and store leadership to drive business results
• Organize and manage multiple client interactions while ensuring a high level of service

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of fashion trends with a strong interest in eyewear
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales and management
• Proven leadership ability and strong work ethic
• Solid understanding of store operations and merchandising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for presentation
