Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading the 695 Madison flagship boutique. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, sales performance, team development, store operations, and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and monitor sales floor coverage.
• Supervise daily goals and tasks while training and developing Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff.
• Support management of sales, shrink, payroll, and controllable expenses.
• Maintain store records, manuals, logs, and sales audit practices.
• Execute company initiatives and oversee visual presentation and policy compliance.
• Assist with recruiting, retaining, supervising, and developing store personnel.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of luxury retail management experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the luxury sector.
• Demonstrated ownership, teamwork, proactivity, and communication skills.
