Assistant Store Manager - Bal Harbour

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily store operations, driving sales performance and managing inventory while ensuring an exceptional luxury client experience. The role includes coaching and developing the sales team, executing operational procedures, and supporting VIC and after-sales initiatives. This position is based in Bal Harbour and requires weekend availability and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading the store team, delegating tasks and providing coaching and feedback
• Drive sales growth through client relationship development, VIC initiatives, and elevated service standards
• Assist in hiring and onboarding in collaboration with HR partners and lead team meetings
• Manage operational activities including inventory management, cycle counts, stock consolidation, and fiscal inventory
• Oversee after-sales processes such as alterations, repairs, and spare parts and report facilities/maintenance issues
• Manage store expenses related to P&L, scheduling, and compliance with labor laws and safety procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of sales processes, operations, and inventory management
• Ability to travel, work weekends, and lift/move up to 40 pounds
