Assistant Store Manager - Beverly Center

As an Assistant Store Manager at the Beverly Center, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective management of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Act as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
• Continuously improve and develop specific management skills by taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, managing the team, and performing certain Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of salespersons and key functional areas.
• Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail setting.
• Strong management and communication skills with a track record of being a well-respected leader.
• Ability to embrace change and keep up with innovation in the retail industry.
• Passion for fashion and premium denim, with strong industry trends and product knowledge.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills and ability to provide a world-class experience.
