Assistant Store Manager

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports boutique operations, sales performance, and team development. This role helps deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining operational standards and achieving sales and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandise flows, inventory reconciliation, cash handling, closing procedures, and purchase requests and orders.
• Drive sales and KPI targets, coach the team, and build lasting client relationships.
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed, and manage staff schedules, payroll approvals, and time-off requests.
• Coordinate public relations requests and support store projects and assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience; luxury experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Strong communication, customer service, relationship-building, and team coaching skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; a foreign language is a plus.
