Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, train, and mentor sales associates to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive store performance and meet business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, merchandise organization, and loss prevention strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local clientele, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar high-end retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Greenwich market and familiarity with the local clientele.
