Assistant Store Manager

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead the store team and achieve sales, customer service, client development, visual merchandising, and operational objectives. This role oversees the store in the Store Manager's absence and supports staff recruitment, coaching, and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service, brand representation, and store standards.
• Coach the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs, build client relationships, and deliver an elevated customer experience.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Oversee store operations, including opening and closing, inventory, replenishment, timekeeping, reporting, and visual merchandising.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales or related experience, including 2 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Teamwork or a similar retail system.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Established clientele and foreign language skills are a plus.
