Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily store operations, staff supervision, inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role helps drive sales performance and profitability while representing the brand and ensuring adherence to company policies. The position also supports omni-channel initiatives and performs Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff while acting as a positive brand role model.
• Manage merchandising, inventory control, and day-to-day store operations, including omni-channel services.
• Exercise discretion in staff management and perform Store Manager duties when required.
