• 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, sales, operations, and inventory skills.
• Ability to travel, work weekends, and lift and move up to 40 pounds.
