Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily retail operations, driving sales performance, managing inventory procedures, and delivering exceptional luxury service to clients in the Miami Design District store.
Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations and team performance.
- Drive sales growth through clienteling, VIC initiatives, and elevated selling ceremony.
- Delegate tasks and provide coaching to enhance team product knowledge and service standards.
- Facilitate communication between store team and corporate partners to align on sales objectives.
- Manage inventory activities including cycle counts, stock consolidation, and fiscal inventory.
- Oversee after sales processes such as alterations, repairs, and spare parts management.
- Report and coordinate store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
- Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, shipping, supplies, and alterations.
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital retail tools.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales processes, operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to travel and work weekends as required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Experience developing team members and creating career development plans.
