Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager at the Dallas NorthPark Center boutique supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional client service, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence. This role supervises and develops Client Advisors, Cashiers and support staff while maintaining visual presentation and adherence to company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager to drive sales, maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Own client data and analytics for North America and help identify and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor sales floor and zone coverage; supervise Client Advisors, Cashiers and Support Staff and follow up on daily goals and tasks.
  • Train, develop and assist in recruiting and retaining store personnel.
  • Maintain back-of-house operations and ensure store manuals and logs are current (alterations, transfers, repairs, consignments, safe log).
  • Ensure completion of sales audit tasks and compliance with company policies and dress guidelines.
  • Assist in managing shrink, controllable expenses and payroll.
  • Plan, implement and adjust visual presentation strategies and execute company initiatives within the store.
  • Identify future opportunities and risks and provide feedback on strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years luxury retail management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in luxury retail.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and a proactive attitude.
  • Team oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of back-of-house store operations.
