Job Description

Summary

Assistant Store Manager - Operations for the flagship New Orleans store responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations and adherence to brand standards. This role oversees inventory, shipping and receiving, store maintenance, back-of-house organization, and supports the leadership and development of the store team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager to execute daily operational processes, opening/closing procedures, and checklists.
  • Oversee inventory management, shipping, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Manage shipping platforms and ensure accurate processing of all shipments and transfers.
  • Coordinate store maintenance, repairs, supplies, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop store team members to meet operational and customer experience standards.
  • Maintain visual and presentation standards on the sales floor and back-of-house and support store events and activations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in flagship-level retail sales, clienteling, hospitality, or store management.
  • Proven experience overseeing store operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and back-of-house functions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage KPIs and operational priorities.
  • Comfortable using inventory management systems, POS, shipping platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move multiple objects and packages as needed.
