Assistant Store Manager - Sawgrass

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations to drive sales, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional luxury service. This role coaches the team, oversees operational procedures, and helps develop client relationships to achieve business objectives. The ASM contributes to store performance through effective delegation, communication with corporate partners, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing store team performance and delegating tasks.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and ensuring high service standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with top clients and manage VIC initiatives.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and career development plans for team members.
• Participate in hiring and lead team meetings to communicate priorities.
• Manage inventory procedures including cycle counts and stock consolidation.
• Oversee after sales processes such as alterations and repairs.
• Report and manage store facilities and maintenance issues.
• Control store expenses and support enforcement of labor and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to travel and work weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Effective communication skills and professionalism in client interactions.
