Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading boutique operations and delivering customer satisfaction. The role develops the store team, drives sales and profitability, and ensures compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help identify and implement strategies to achieve business goals, monitor sales floor coverage, and maintain customer focus.
• Supervise daily goals and tasks, and train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff.
• Maintain store manuals, operational logs, and sales audit practices.
• Manage company initiatives and assist with sales, shrink, controllable expenses, and payroll.
• Plan and execute visual presentation, and support recruiting, retention, and supervision of store personnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail management experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the luxury sector.
• Responsibility, ownership, a team-oriented approach, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
