Assistant Store Manager

Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in driving sales and service targets while helping to develop and coach a professional store team. You will identify operational improvements and ensure the customer experience and store standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to achieve sales and service goals
• Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain high performance standards
• Establish and track weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Work with support departments and HR on policies, procedures, and development planning
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Strong leadership abilities with coaching and motivational skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
