Assistant Store Manager

Summary

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets while coaching and developing the store team. You will help maintain visual and operational standards and identify opportunities to improve store performance. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and collaboration with support departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain a high-performing team.
• Establish and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and visual guidelines on the sales floor.
• Work with store support departments and HR to utilize resources and align on policies and development plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
