Assistant Store Manager

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets, maintain store operations best practices, and identify improvements to enhance the customer and team member experience. This role involves team development, visual merchandising oversight, and collaboration with support departments and Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading and developing a professional store team to meet company goals
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team
• Establish weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver highest level of customer service
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Collaborate with store support departments to utilize company resources effectively
• Align with Human Resources on policies procedures and development planning
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in management sales hospitality or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate a team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards
