Assistant Store Manager

Summary

As Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets, maintain best practices, and identify opportunities to improve store operations. You will help lead and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive performance. The role involves operational oversight, visual merchandising, and collaboration with HR and support departments.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading and developing a professional store team
• Establish weekly and monthly objectives and track team performance
• Coach and motivate employees to deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
• Collaborate with training, HR, and store support departments to utilize company resources
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
