Assistant Store Manager - The Forum Shops

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets, lead and develop the store team, and maintain store operations for an excellent customer and team experience. This role is for a new store opening at The Forum Shops in Caesars Palace and requires flexibility for nights weekends and holidays. The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with training HR and support departments to implement company standards and visual guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals
• Establish weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Coach motivate and train staff to deliver high level customer service and clienteling
• Ensure employees present professionally and follow company policies
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Collaborate with training and store support departments to utilize company resources
• Align with Human Resources on policies procedures and development planning
• Cover other duties assigned by the Store Manager including travel to other stores

Requirements

• Previous experience in management sales hospitality or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate a team

• Willingness to support a new store opening and travel as needed
