Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily store operations, team leadership, merchandise presentation, and sales performance. This role leads by example to deliver inclusive client experiences and contribute to commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Actively support selling-floor operations, customer service, and resolution of client issues.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and adjust presentations based on sales performance.
• Guide, coach, and motivate team members while supporting recruitment, training, and development.
• Support daily operations, inventory accuracy, shrink control, and achievement of key performance indicators.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail experience, including experience managing others in a customer service environment.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and coach team members.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and business skills.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
