Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations at Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets including team leadership, merchandise management, and delivering positive client experiences to drive commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the selling floor and support the sales process
- Assist in resolving customer issues and model customer service standards
- Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and support visual changes
- Provide guidance coaching and development to sales and support teams
- Support recruitment training development and succession planning
- Manage day to day store operations to meet KPIs and profit and loss expectations
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control shrink rates
- Perform special projects or tasks as directed by the Store Manager
Requirements
- 5+ years retail experience
- Previous experience managing others in a customer service environment
- Proven ability to motivate develop and coach team members
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze retail KPIs and on floor behaviors
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
