Job Description

Summary

Assistant Store Operations Leader supporting the Flagship New Orleans location responsible for overseeing back of house operations, inventory and shipping while maintaining brand visual standards and excellent customer service. This role partners with store leadership to manage shipments, maintenance, loss prevention and supply ordering in line with budget and brand expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm accuracy of imported and exported shipments using product knowledge
  • Maintain visual brand standards throughout the store
  • Manage premise maintenance and shoplifting prevention measures
  • Oversee inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes
  • Supervise back of house performance and daily operations
  • Place and manage supply orders within brand budget
  • Ensure every customer receives excellent customer service
  • Support general store duties as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience in operations or back of house retail roles
  • Understanding of formulas and shipping platforms
  • Ability to lift and carry multiple objects at a time
  • Strong communication skills
  • BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration preferred
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
