As an Assistant Store Operations Leader at KREWE's Royal St. Flagship store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our high-fashion eyewear boutique. You will ensure that all shipments are handled accurately and that the store consistently meets visual brand standards, all while providing exceptional customer service.

• Use product knowledge to confirm all shipments are imported/exported accurately.
• Consistently maintain visual brand standards at all times.
• Handle all premise maintenance, shoplifting prevention, and supply chain circumstances.
• Ensure every customer receives excellent customer service.
• Oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and all back of house performances.
• Tend to all supply orders while maintaining in line with brand budget.
• Enjoy the sun (as always)!

• Understanding of formulas and shipping platforms.
• Prior experience in operations or back of house industry.
• Ability to lift and carry multiple objects at a time.
• Strong communication skills.
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration preferred.
