Responsibilities- Prepare samples for video shoots, including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors.
- Ensure all products are prepped in time for filming shifts.
- Maintain accurate labeling of products during receipt, shoot, and return.
- Keep the prep area clean and organized according to program and store guidelines.
- Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer.
- Procure items from the salesfloor as needed, following store guidelines.
- Collaborate with store logistics teams to ensure inventory is checked out during filming.
- Understand the video sample process and corresponding tools.
- Communicate with program teams via Teams.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment.
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear and effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
