Assistant Stylist - Fashion Square

The Assistant Stylist at Fashion Square will collaborate with on-set crews and Project Coordinators to prepare samples for video shoots. This role involves receiving samples from various sources and ensuring they are ready for filming according to the weekly schedule. Flexibility in hours and travel between store locations may be required.

• Prepare samples for video shoots, including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors.
• Ensure all products are prepped in time for filming shifts.
• Maintain accurate labeling of products throughout the process.
• Keep the prep area clean and organized according to guidelines.
• Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and Producers.
• Procure items from the salesfloor as needed, following store guidelines.
• Collaborate with store logistics teams to ensure inventory is managed during filming.
• Maintain understanding of video sample processes and tools.
• Communicate with program teams via Teams.

• Bachelor’s or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of high-volume, e-commerce assisting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
